Purchase support
Please tell us whether you purchased through Apple or Google and describe what happened. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or complete store receipts by email.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can clear portfolio information stored by the App on your device from Settings. This does not cancel a store subscription or delete records held by Apple or Google.
To request access to or deletion of device-linked backend information, email us with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your connection to the relevant device or purchase. Some purchase, security, and operational records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
